If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and get a full refund.
Basically means you have 30 days to check out and evaluate the item. See if you dig it. If you do, keep it.
If not, send it back and get 100% back.
After 30 days, your bought item becomes worth 90% from its original purchase amount
(until the next year after its date of purchase)
2nd year - worth 80%
3rd year- worth 70%
4th year- worth 60%
5th year- worth 50% of
And then, it stays at 50% in perpetuity --
This means that all items are always eligible for a trade-in.
REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We cover shipping both ways. If your purchased item needs a warranty repair, we cover shipping cost in the first year.
After the first year of your original purchase date, you (the buyer) is responsible for the shipping to us and we cover the shipping back to you.
